A RIVVIA Virtual Office membership includes KvK/Companies House registration paperwork, mail handling, and a 15% discount on meeting room bookings.
A RIVVIA Virtual membership does not include office access. If you would like to come into the office you may book a day pass, or take advantage of one of our meeting rooms at a discounted rate. If office access is a priority, consider a RIVVIA Lounge membership.
We can process the mail according to your preference. Most members pick up their mail, however we can also scan and email it to you, or forward it by post to a provided address. For scanning, we charge €0.50/page, and for mail forwarding, we charge the cost of postage.
We will provide you with the necessary documentation to register your business at your chosen address.
The membership can be canceled at any time, with 30 days’ notice. Proof of a change of address to a different location is required.
Yes! We offer a combined Lounge + Virtual Office membership for individuals who want to experience the full in-person RIVVIA lifestyle, with the added privileges of business registration. Inquire for more info.
No. RIVVIA Virtual office members may register their business and receive mail at one RIVVIA address. The 15% discount on meeting room bookings is only valid at the RIVVIA location where the business is registered.
The virtual office membership includes the right to register one entity at a RIVVIA address. If you would like to register additional entities, we can facilitate this at an additional charge of €70/month for each additional entity.
